A column named title fills the title layer; title.color sets its color. Any property can come from a column or a fixed value.

Questions and answers
Does the sheet need to be public?
No. Public links work for simple cases; for private sheets, connect your Google account and pick the sheet.
Can it run automatically when the sheet changes?
Runs are started by you, by the API or on a schedule (cron with a time zone, Pro and Business). Each run reads the current data.
How is this different from the bulk create feature of design editors?
Bulk features in design editors fill a design inside the editor, and you start and download every batch by hand. Bannermatic runs without opening an editor: on a schedule or via the API, with delivery to Drive or S3 and a quality report.
