From an approved design to banners in every size, without duplicating frames
Design tools are where concepts are born. Producing the same concept in twenty sizes, five languages and a hundred products is a different job. Bannermatic turns the approved design into a template that adapts itself, so designers design and the data does the rest.
Free plan forever. No credit card.
Where production eats design time
- Every new size or language means duplicating and fixing frames.
- Filling layers from a table is done by hand, file by file.
- Design files can be exported, but can’t render new banners on a server.
- Marketers wait for a designer for every small text change.
Template production vs duplicating frames
| Bannermatic template | Duplicated frames | |
|---|---|---|
| New size | Smart resize and linked sizes | Duplicate the frame and adjust it |
| New text or product | A new row of data | Edit the frame and export again |
| Long text | Auto-fit, line limits, stacks push neighbours | Fixed by hand where it breaks |
| Server-side rendering | REST API, batches, signed links | Only exports of existing frames |
| Who runs production | Marketers, from a spreadsheet or on a schedule | A designer, file by file |
| Consistency | One master; fixes reach every size | Each copy drifts on its own |
How it fits your workflow
- 1
Design as usual
Explore and approve the concept in the tool your team already uses.
- 2
Build the template
Familiar concepts: stacks like auto layout, constraints, smart guides and classic hotkeys (R, T, O, L).
- 3
Hand over the data
Spreadsheets, feeds or the API fill in every banner in every size, and marketers run it themselves.
Why designers like it
Design, not export
A template change reaches every future banner; no more exporting 40 frames.
Rules instead of instructions
Auto-fit, line limits and stacks encode how the layout reacts to long text.
Pixel-accurate results
Server renders match the editor exactly: same fonts, same layout engine.
Quality report
Generated banners with cut text or blurry images are flagged automatically.
Questions and answers
Can I import my design files?
Yes, via SVG: export frames from your design tool and import them; text exported as outlines becomes editable text again. Then name the layers, and they become the fields for data and the API.
Does this replace our design tool?
No. Keep it for concepts and product design. Bannermatic replaces the repetitive production work, not the design process.
Is there auto layout?
Yes: stacks arrange layers in a row or a column with gaps, padding and alignment, and can switch direction depending on the size.
