A unique OG image for every page, from a single URL
Links with a branded preview get clicked more often. Put the title in the URL of a Bannermatic template and every article, product or event gets its own Open Graph image, rendered on first request and cached.

How it works
- 1
Design the preview
A 1200×630 template with the title, category, author or price, in your fonts and colors.
- 2
Sign the link
Build the URL with the page’s data and sign it with HMAC (or ask POST /v1/signed-urls to do it).
- 3
Put it in og:image
Social networks and messengers fetch the link; the image is generated once and served from the cache.
One meta tag
The signature protects your template from strangers changing the text. Add _v to bust the cache after a redesign.
<meta property="og:image"
content="https://api.bannermatic.app/i/tpl_blog.png?title=How%20we%20cut%20costs&kicker=CASE%20STUDY&s=…" />Why not render OG images yourself
No headless browser on your side
Rendering, fonts, emoji and caching are handled by Bannermatic.
Long titles fit
Auto-fit and line limits keep any headline inside the frame.
Designers own the look
Change the template in the editor and new previews pick it up.
Not only OG
The same links work in emails, on landing pages and in product feeds.
Questions and answers
Which plan do signed links need?
Signed links are available on Starter and above. Each new combination of parameters counts as one render; repeat requests come from the cache.
Which size should an OG image be?
1200×630 pixels (1.91:1) works for Facebook, LinkedIn, X and most messengers. The template preset is built in.
Do I need to store the images?
No. The link is the image: Bannermatic stores the rendered file and serves it on later requests.
